The Just Between Friends Lancaster Spring Sale is coming to Lanco Fieldhouse April 20th to 22nd!

If you are like us, when it comes to kids clothes it is something that is always needed. Whether they are outgrowing their current clothes or getting holes in their jeans. Over the years we have learned that you can get some amazing deals at consignment sales, so much so that about 85% of our kids clothes come from consignment sales. The other 15% are typically received as gifts, we all know grandma likes to buy clothes, right? Even my kids love going to the consignment sales now, because they know that they get a lot more items and to them they are new clothes, so it is a WIN, WIN! Just Between Friends Consignment sales do a great job of having a large selection of items in all categories. So happy to now have the Lancaster sale, before we were driving to either their Reading or Oaks sale. If you haven't checked out the Just Between Friends Lancaster Sale you need to GO!

Consignment Tips:

​-Take a rolling laundry basket or cart. Don't have one? Use a belt and a wash basket. It will save your back from carrying a bag of clothes around, trust me!

​-Trace your children's foot on a piece of construction paper if they can not be with you during the sale. This is a lifesaver when trying to find used shoes!

​-Bring a drink of water you will be glad that you brought a drink.

​-Hit up the kids furniture, car seats, strollers first for the best selection as those types of items go quickly, especially in great condition.

​-Shoes are the next thing you want to checkout as you can find some that are like NEW if you head there first.

​-Do you have boys? If you do then you know how rough they are on clothes right? Checkout the boys section first, then the girls clothes, as girls tend to have a greater selection of like NEW items. I always have a hard time not buying all the cute girl items I find.

​-Don't forget to checkout accessories too. This is one thing I normally forget to look at, then get home and say I should have looked at belts, or I should have looked at socks, because we all know socks go MIA regularly.

​-TOYS! This section can be rather overwhelming, so keep your child's current interests in mind, but also think ahead if you can too. How many play phones does one kid need? Try to avoid items similar to ones you all ready have, you can find lots of unique toys that your children will love.

Community is woven throughout everything we do at Just Between Friends. We are local moms and dads just like you who work super hard to help families make ends meet.

For some, providing basic necessities for their children is harder than for others. We are blessed to work with various non-profits throughout Lancaster County to recycle items that help ALL children to grow up feeling confident, stylish and most of all, LOVED!

PATH Program of Lancaster

Thanks to the generosity of our JBF Lancaster consignors, we have been able to donate thousands of clothing, toys, books and other items to the PATH Program of Lancaster.

PATH  provides free life skills, parenting programs and support to resisdents of Lancaster County. Families helping families - it doesn't get any better than that!
